Relocating to a new city involves more than finding a home. It means learning an unfamiliar housing market, understanding different neighborhoods and property types, and making important decisions—often within a limited amount of time. I help clients relocating to the Greater Seattle area navigate that process with local guidance and a practical perspective on the homes they are considering.

I bring more than 30 years of experience as a business owner and contractor in construction, renovation, and water-loss restoration. That background gives me a trained eye during property tours and a practical understanding of how homes are built, maintained, repaired, and improved. For clients unfamiliar with Seattle-area housing, this experience can provide an additional perspective when comparing properties and identifying questions that deserve closer investigation.

I have particular experience with condominiums. For more than a decade, my company specialized in water-loss disaster remediation and restoration, working primarily in high-rise condominium communities. My team and I worked in thousands of individual units as well as throughout the buildings themselves—from mechanical and electrical rooms, rooftops, parking garages, security systems, and common areas. I also worked closely with property managers and condominium boards on repairs, reserve projects, and bylaw compliance.
